Refund Policy – Consultwhiz

At Consultwhiz Consultancy & E-Commerce Services , we aim to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Since our programs include digital delivery, live classes, recordings, downloadable materials, and private community access, all purchases become non-refundable once access is granted.

Please read the refund terms carefully:

1. No Refund Policy (All Courses)

All payments made for:

  • Live courses
  • Self-paced recorded courses
  • Digital products (PDFs, templates, sheets, scripts, etc.)
  • Memberships / communities

are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Once you receive:

  • Access to course materials, or
  • Access to private groups/communities, or
  • Payment confirmation

the fee cannot be refunded .

2. Batch Transfer Policy (Live Classes)

You may request a batch change before the first class, subject to seat availability.

Once the batch starts, transfers are not guaranteed and will depend on availability.

No refunds will be issued for missed classes or no-shows.

3. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical issue:

  • Email us at support@consultwhiz.com within 7 days with proof.
  • After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Payment Failures

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted:

  • Razorpay generally auto-refunds within 3–7 working days.
  • If not, email us and we will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve it.

5. Subscription / EMI Payments

If you enroll using EMI or subscription-based billing, all future instalments must be completed. No refunds will be offered mid-term.

6. Course Removal

If a user violates:

  • community rules,
  • misuses course access,
  • shares recordings illegally,
  • or behaves inappropriately,

Consultwhiz reserves the right to remove access without refund .
