These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Consultwhiz Consultancy & E-Commerce Services (“Consultwhiz”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and all products, services, and courses offered through consultwhiz.com .
By enrolling in any course, accessing any study material, joining our community, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. General Terms
1.1 Consultwhiz offers online courses, live classes, self-paced programs, templates, study materials, and digital products.
1.2 All users must provide accurate personal details during enrollment.
1.3 Consultwhiz reserves the right to update pricing, features, course content, and policies at any time for improving the learning experience.
2. Enrollment & Access
2.1 Access to any course is granted only to the registered learner. Sharing login details, recordings, notes, or files with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
2.2 For live programs, class schedules may be updated with prior notice.
2.3 Self-paced course access is lifetime unless otherwise mentioned on the purchase page.
2.4 Consultwhiz may revoke access if a learner violates community rules, misuses content, or engages in unethical behavior.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
3.1 All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or any payment gateway shown at checkout.
3.2 All course fees and digital product fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes:
- Live courses
- Self-paced programs
- Templates or digital products
- Add-on sessions
- Community access
3.3 If a learner cannot attend the live batch after enrolling, they may request a slot in a future batch (subject to availability). No monetary refund will be provided.
4. Course Content & Recordings
4.1 All recordings, digital materials, presentations, templates, frameworks, and other content belong exclusively to Consultwhiz.
4.2 Learners must not copy, publish, re-sell, distribute, or upload content to public platforms (including Telegram, YouTube, piracy websites).
4.3 Legal action may be taken in case of misuse or unauthorized sharing.
5. Certificates
5.1 Certificates are provided only after completion of the course requirements, which may include:
- Attending the required number of sessions
- Completing assignments
- Passing an exam (if applicable)
5.2 Consultwhiz reserves the right to withhold a certificate if dishonesty or plagiarism is detected.
6. Live Class & Community Rules
Learners must follow these rules:
- Be respectful to instructors and peers
- No spamming or self-promotion in groups
- Do not record or screen-capture live classes
- Do not share Zoom/Meet/Telegram links with outsiders
Consultwhiz may remove learners violating rules without refund.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All course materials (videos, slides, notes, templates, frameworks, worksheets, Excel sheets, and resources) are copyrighted.
7.2 You receive personal learning access only, not a license to reproduce or distribute.
8. Website Usage Terms
8.1 Users must not attempt to hack, alter, or misuse the website or LMS.
8.2 Consultwhiz may use cookies or tracking tools to improve user experience.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Consultwhiz does not guarantee:
- Job placement
- Income results
- Business outcomes
- Client acquisition
However, guidance, templates, and training are provided to support learners.
9.2 Consultwhiz is not responsible for technical issues caused by third-party platforms such as Zoom, Zoho, Telegram, Razorpay, Google Drive, or LMS providers.
